Here at Krista Hopkins Homes, we love to share the local events happening in the Tri-Cities region of Washington state, which is always bustling with exciting events and activities. This spring is no exception, with a wide variety of events taking place, ranging from food and wine tastings to fitness classes and live music performances. Whether you’re a foodie, fitness enthusiast, or music lover, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in the Tri-Cities this season. We love to keep our clients and community members informed about these exciting events. Here are some of the most exciting local events throughout the Tri-Cities, Washington this April.
Leadership Tri-Cities (LTC) Class XXVI is partnering with Domestic Violence Services of Benton & Franklin Counties (DVSBF) to launch a new thrift store that will provide domestic violence survivors with clothing, household items, jobs, and job training.
To support this important cause, the Tri-Cities community is invited to attend Fashion With Compassion, a fundraising event that includes a social hour with a silent auction and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a fashion show featuring local leaders and survivors showcasing clothing sourced primarily from the new thrift store.
Join our community in supporting their efforts to help survivors rebuild their lives after escaping domestic violence by attending the event held on Saturday, April 1st from 5 to 7 pm at the Uptown Theatre in Richland, Washington. To view more event details and purchase your tickets click here.
The First Thursday Artwalk is a monthly event in the historic downtown Kennewick, where visitors can stroll through galleries, shops, and restaurants while enjoying local artwork and live music. This free event will take place on April 6th from 3 to 8 pm.
The Run the River Marathon features a scenic course that travels through the towns of Kennewick, Richland, and Pasco, Washington all while staying next to the mighty Columbia River. The event takes place on April 8, and participants can choose to run a full marathon or join with friends to make it a relay.
The 2023 Tri-Cities Men’s Expo is a fun and informative event for men, featuring vendors and exhibitors offering products and services related to health, fitness, fashion, and more. The event takes place from April 14th through the 16th at the Hapo Center in Pasco, Washington.
Join CBRC’s Barre Uncorked and Alexandria Nicole Cellars for a morning of fitness and fun at Barre, Bubbles and Brunch on Saturday, April 15th! Start your weekend off right with a Barre class at ANC’s Prosser tasting room, which combines Pilates movements with low-impact strength training to give you a full-body workout. Whether you’re a seasoned Barre enthusiast or trying it for the first time, they say that you’ll feel the burn!
After class, enjoy a delicious brunch of savory quiches and fresh fruit while sipping on ANC’s Adulting sparkling wine or a glass of wine on tap. This is the perfect opportunity to gather your friends and enjoy a morning of fitness, food, and wine in the Tri-Cities.

We’re excited to share an upcoming event that combines two things everyone loves – tacos and a good cause! For just $32 (including shipping and fees), you can purchase a booklet of 20 taco vouchers and support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Benton and Franklin Counties.
Starting April 21st, head down to Downtown Pasco and visit any of the 20 participating taco trucks and restaurants. Use your booklet to indulge in a delicious taco at each location and make note of your favorites because you can vote for the Best Taco in Pasco until May 5th at 3:00 pm.
But the fun doesn’t stop there! Keep using your vouchers to sample more tacos until May 6th, the day of Downtown Pasco’s Cinco de Mayo Festival where the winner of the Best Taco in Pasco will be announced.

Spring Barrel
Spring Barrel is a wine tasting event that takes place at several wineries in the Tri-Cities area. Visitors can taste new releases and enjoy live music and food pairings. You can find info for many of the spring barrel events here.
Mark your calendars for a deliciously cheesy evening on Thursday, April 13th from 6:30 to 8:30pm PDT at Barnard Griffin Winery located in Richland, Washington.
During the class, you’ll learn how to make Burrata from the expert cheese maker Kristi Slotemaker. You’ll leave the class with a Burrata that you made yourself, mozzarella pearls to munch on, and new cheese knowledge to impress your friends.
