I have a background in the legal profession, specifically in contracts, as well as an art background. This is useful in helping sellers with home staging and helping buyers visualize ways to redesign or redecorate a space.

I have a home in Kennewick where my family enjoys relaxing and wine tasting, hiking, martial arts, painting, gardening and raising chickens and goats on my small acreage called Tumbleweed Farm.

We had a very large home and we needed to downsize. We knew Krista was a real estate agent so we asked her to help us. We were so glad we did. It was a stressful process because it was over the popular selling range due to size and acreage but she did so many things to keep things moving – – wine/cheese event for other agents; drone footage; open house; Facetime walk through; staging. It sold and she helped us buy a smaller home with beautiful landscaping. Then due to medical problems that forced us to sell that home within a year and a half, she helped us once again to sell it which happened within two weeks. Once again, she helped us buy our current home where we are staying for good. Krista doesn’t treat you as just another client. She really cares about you and she is such a detail person! She arranged for both of those sales/purchases to happen simultaneously which is so hard to do.
