My name is Alessandra Dearing and I serve the Tri-Cities community. Whether relocating from afar or making a move across town, I am here to help navigate our real estate market. I have found most people who are looking to buy or sell homes are experiencing a transition in life that requires solid communication and attention to detail. That is where I come in. I create opportunities in life’s transitions and help relieve the stress of finding or selling homes, so you have a positive experience moving onto your next phase in life.
Real Estate is my second career. My first was supporting my oldest son with learning difficulties in a hybrid homeschool/online/classroom school program. He recently successfully graduated from high school, making time available for taking on my long-awaited real estate career in a serious way. Honestly, I should have known I would grow up to be a REALTOR. As a little girl, I spent hours looking at local home magazines and begging my mother to take me to open houses on weekends. At age 14, I found the house my parents bought after their 2-year search. We continue to make family memories in that home to this day! My family is my everything. My husband and I even chose a home within walking distance from our parents, so our three children could easily visit their grandmas and grandpas whenever they wanted. What’s better than stopping at two grandparents’ houses on the way home from school every day for treats and hugs? Nothing. This family mindset drives my desire to help others find their ideal living situation, whatever that may be, so they too can live their best lives.
As a Tri-Cities native, I know the unique character of the neighborhoods and the local housing market. I’m good at recognizing the respective parties’ motivations and building an agreement that results in a solid deal. I’m able to clearly communicate, negotiate, and manage complex projects with many moving parts. My history of leadership in our community includes rehabilitating our historic alphabet homes in Richland, organizing hundreds of volunteers as PTA Carnival Coordinator and Vice President, chairing the Education Community at church, as well as coaching youth sports for the past 15 years. These opportunities have given me the insight and ability to work with people in various environments to get the job done!
