Krista Ann, also known as KAP, is our Director of Operations here at Krista Hopkins Homes. She has been on the team for five years now and has been in every staff position over that time. Now she is a licensed REALTOR® so she can fully support our team in all aspects. As the Director of Ops, she is responsible for overseeing our amazing KHH staff and all of our agent’s transactions, making sure things are running smoothly behind the scenes. She is also typically the one running around at all of our events. KAP works closely with all of the agents on our team, so if you aren’t sure who would be the right fit for you, she is the one to ask!

Most people know her from her local business, Northwest Paddleboarding, which she started in 2015. She recently moved to Northeastern Oregon, deep in the Blue Mountains with her husband Dylan Patterson (yes, he is our Transaction Coordinator), and their kiddos, Avery and Brantley. They both work remotely so they can enjoy the adventure that the mountains bring but thankfully the drive back to the Tri-Cities is quick and they come often for events and family time.
