About Jake Johnson, Tri-Cities REALTOR®

Having grown up on a local 1,300+ acre family farm near the Snake River, about 13 miles from Waitsburg, Dayton, and Starbuck, I learned the value of hard work and community. This experience instilled in me a strong work ethic and a readiness to help others, traits that have become integral to my approach in real estate. 

After transitioning from farm life to a corporate career, I held various roles including managerial positions, sales, technical support, and logistics. These experiences honed my ability to navigate challenging situations, listen carefully to both spoken and unspoken needs, and provide effective solutions. The skills I developed in the corporate world have equipped me to deliver a seamless and stress-free real estate experience. I believe that communication is key, and ensure everyone is informed and aligned throughout the real estate process, providing calm and clear guidance.

Though I’ve only lived in the Tri-Cities area for about a year, I’ve been warmly welcomed by the community and am continuously inspired by the fantastic people I’ve met. I enjoy participating in local events, especially those that benefit non-profits, such as softball tournaments for Elijah Family Homes, volunteering at the Rotary elephant ear booth at the fair, and organizing events like the one I held in June for the Alzheimer’s Association.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, hitting the gym, cooking, and working on my spray paint art. I’m also involved in community efforts, having recently started an annual event for the Alzheimer’s Association and joining a men’s group through our church.
