My name is Dan McCool and I’m a Realtor with Krista Hopkins Homes. Citizen of the world, adventurer, Realtor, Google Trusted photographer, musician, artist, father, grandfather, dog lover, wine enthusiast. I’ve lived in the Tri-Cities for over 20 years and this is my third RE license (I was formerly licensed in Oregon and Hawaii.) I have two daughters and 3.9 grandchildren that all live locally (my fourth grandchild will be arriving mid-December.) I was a Navy brat growing up and have traveled extensively, both as the son of a sailor and on my own. I went to high school and college (UC Santa Barbara) in SoCal and spent 13 years working in Alaska. It’s still one of my favorite destinations, along with Kauai and New Zealand.
I have a cockapoo named Finn the Ferocious LoveBug.
I love traveling and in the best of worlds, I would divide my time evenly between the ocean, the mountains, and the desert. I hike, I kayak, I ski, and I take lots of photographs. And I drink wine.
I am not a rock star (I did play in a band in my 20’s, and still play solo gigs on a regular basis).
I am not a professional athlete (captain of the high school football team was my claim to fame).
I am not a male model (though I was an extra in a Spanish Yul Brenner movie, filmed in Barcelona).
I am not internet famous (at least not yet). But I do have a passion for what I do and life in general. I intend to come sliding headfirst into home base in a cloud of dust…
Until then, how can I help you with your real estate needs?”
